Dr Crew and his team were amazing! This was our first experience with general anesthesia for our 4 year old, or any of our kids, and even being in the medical field, I was quite nervous! They were in contact with us multiple times prior to surgery day and were available if we had any questions or needed anything! First off, Dr. Carew and Joe were amazing. As a concerned parent of young children, they both put my kind at ease. Dr. Carew has great communication and answers all questions prior, during, and post procedure. Dr. Carew's services were not covered by our Medical Insurance, but I am so glad we got their services as it was worth the cost (reasonable). They were in constant communication with our Dental Doctor and in sync. Thanks again for providing such a great service to our child during her procedure.

Highly recommend if you are in need! I never thought my little guy (6 y/o) would need a team like this, but I am so blessed it was them. They were extremely patient and informative. They also know it can feel overwhelming and so they do a follow up post-op in the evening (just as sincere and informative). I have my baby on earth and one in heaven so I am easily anxious, emotional, and need things repeated. This team took things seriously, were very direct and yet reassuring. So very professional! They explained everything in great detail and really put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Midwest anesthesia to anyone especially for special needs children.
