Our condo association was first introduced to Nicholas Glod of Midwest Deck when we were accepting assessment of and bids for bringing our deck/rear stairs into compliance with City of Chicago building codes. His company's was the favored because he was honest about the condition of our deck, and he offered an economical alternative to entire replacement. Nick and his team built a roofdeck and pergola installation on our home in April 2025. He helped us design the perfect space and helped get discounts on the material costs. He went the extra mile to work with our roofing team to ensure the integrity of our roof stayed in-tact.
