Very very good service and the technicians know exactly what they need to do. Has that small town kinda feel to it
I don't recommend using them. I've used them for 2 years to backup my servers, and provide my company with spam filtering. They frequently forget to follow up on tickets I open. Usually takes multiple calls to get them to fix an issue. Stay clear of these guys.
