Nick was super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable (as was the rest of the staff). I came in wanting to get a bike and Nick answered any and every question I had. Based on my questions, we found the perfect bike to which they let me take for a spin. And he made sure to let me know what to expect with getting used to a new bike as well as any further questions I had to not hesitate to drop them a line.
One of the few, if not the only independent local bike shops in midtown Kansas City. If you are not a profesional bike snob in full kits and a ride worth 5k, they are always helpful and respectful.
Thanks for helping me try on literally every cycling shoe in my size in the shop to get just the right shoe. Packed (wore) them as my only shoes for the Prairie Spirit Trail and didn't take them off until I got home a few days later. Thanks for the helpful, friendly, accommodating service!
