my experience was good overall. They have a staging area for trucks a few blocks away where drivers wait until a dock door is available. The facility is like an underground tunnel, so there is little to no cell phone or internet service inside, which can make it difficult to stay in touch with dispatch. On the positive side, they took me before my scheduled appointment time and loaded me quickly. Despite the lack of reception, the loading process was efficient, and I appreciated getting in and out faster than expected.

Cool to go down in a cave again. The receptionists can be rude. Yelled even turned red. Context. Second to load. Parked behind another trucker was told to park by the loader whom loaded us. Got to reception they proceeded to yell at us not to park there. I went out moved back 50 feet went back in and yelled again you can’t park there turning red. I said where I’m parked behind that truck the green one. You can’t park there. Got confused like what. I said that’s not me I’m the green truck behind that truck by 50 feet now. So ... read more
