Rented a towable lift. Electric malfunction. Called and was told to stick your hand in the cradle and mess with it. Tail lights didn't work. Got stuck in the basket. Had to call someone to get me down. Push button to go up and it goes down significantly. Basket welds are broke. Guy was not pleasant when asked about discount due to signifant issues. Was told they would have to check the hours with attitude....
People are so nice, they try to help as much as they can
