I responded to a Facebook ad for a recumbent bike. I was told to contact Andy Myers. When I spoke to Andy, he stated that he was from Midwest Commercial Fitness. I was assured by Andy that it was in good shape. Andy delivered the bike which has rust and had broken frame. When I mentioned that he only gave me excuses . After much push back, Andy came to pick up the bike by himself and proceeded to drag it down 3 flights of stairs.
