Had them come out a couple months ago for a new AC and very satisfied with the unit so far, and they quickly answered a follow-up question I had re: warranty and paperwork. Would come back to them in the future for sure!

Called Midwest Comfort Solutions to check out my acunit. Phil arrived 2 minutes early and was a complete pleasure to deal with. He was honest and completed the work in a very timely manner. Very professional and fair pricing too. I'd recommend calling Midwest for heating or cooling needs.
Bill and his team made this whole process of replacing our 25 year old system so seem less that we can’t imagine how it could have been better or more affordable. He converted us to a much more efficient heat pump hybrid system that took up less space, cleaned up the utility room and works quietly. Really almost speechless, we found the good guys. Highly recommended.
You never know what you’re going to get when you contact a service company. If you need hvac work, this company came through with flying colors for me. I’ve had this furnace for 17 years and no one ever mentioned it was a two stage furnace running on one stage, low. It always struggled when it got to zero or below.
