Disappointed due to great reviews on local forums, but was left with an incredibly poor customer service experience. The scheduling department failed to cancel our quote despite receiving notice that we would need to reschedule more than 24 hours before the initially scheduled time. They proceeded to blame my girlfriend, calling her a no-show because they showed up anyway at the time she cancelled and falsifying when they received notice of our desire to reschedule. From beginning to end MCH delivered exceptional customer service, professionalism, ongoing coordination, transparency, and phenomenal craftsmenship. Although my project was on a smaller scale they treated me and my home with the utmost respect. I loved working with Midwest Comfort Homes after dealing with water damage to our home. The process ran smoothly from start to finish. The build crew were incredibly professional and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again if needed in the future!
