This is one of those “if I could give zero stars I would”. The initial experience was good, salesperson did a good job, and the installation, although not smooth, also ended up fine. The issue is the warranty, or lack there of. Had an issue, spoke to Roger who stated that we should be covered, then he spoke to the owner, who didn’t call, but rather had Roger deliver the news of “we aren’t covering the issue”. A very easy process with fantastic results. In our initial visit, Ted listened to what I wanted and gave great advice. It was a collaborative approach vs someone trying to sell me something. He installed three closets in a day and a half. We are very pleased with the quality of materials and work he did. Also, he is a nice guy who was pleasant to have around.
Ted did an amazing job with our closet. He offered good options for the limited space we had, and quickly changed his renders with our feedback. The installation itself was very fast and we are thrilled with the result!
Midwest Closets installed a custom master closet. This was a surprise they helped me with for my wife. Midwest was amazing and did a wonderful job. My wife absolutely LOVED the closet they designed and installed for her. I have already given their name to several friends and family who loved the work they did for me. Thanks again.
So allow me to start by we done buisness with this company 20 years ago, I have been doing renovations at the home where they worked and decided to transplant the closet elsewhere in the house, nothing was broken, bent or anything. Everything was wiped down to almost new look their work lasts for years, gonna pull another 20 years
