They got me in in one day where other places had two month waiting list. The staff and doctor were so nice. Like real human beings. They laughed with me and treated me with respect. The Dr knew right away what the spot on my shoulder was and took care of it the same day. I highly recommend them. Plus the cost was not outrageous like the town clinic is.
This used to be a great clinic. Two years ago I would have given them 5 stars. Not now. I've found a new dermatologist and I won't be returning to Midwest. If you want professionals who care about their patients, look elsewhere.
This was the worst doctor experience I've had, and it makes me understand why no body trusts dermatologists. The doctor was in the room for less that 5 minutes, dismissed all of my concerns, and gave me a big bag of lotion that I SAID never help. This is the worst flair up I've had in my entire life, and to be dismissed like I was is a slap in the face
Poor experience. Will not return.
