Horrible service, horrible customer service. Have made complains about agent never getting back to me, so the main boss also never got back to me. Guess going to talk to ombudsman since no one wants to give updates?!? Yet it’s cold and we have no insulation.. Avoid at all costs!
Be very careful. Had estimate approved prior to repairing customer machine. Performed work and then they went back on work and will not pay invoice.

I honestly think they get paid under the table by insurance companys to fraudulently deny claims.
If there was a -100 I would give it. The adjuster put us through absolute hell all while our home had been completely destroyed by a natural disaster. Incorrect info, unempathetic, , egotistical fool. Steer well clear.
