Went to get my DL renewed, not a friendly face anywhere. The whole place looked dingy delapidated. Then the girl was just rude. Shouldn't deal with public with a RBF. Wouldn't recommend at all.
I have had multiple disappointing experiences at the Midwest City Tag Agency, and unfortunately my most recent visit earlier this week was no different. The staff consistently come across as lazy and unwelcoming, and it often feels like they intentionally steer customers in the wrong direction simply to avoid helping.
