Called early Monday morning and asked to schedule a appointment for a real ID was told they were open until 5:30 and that appointments were no longer needed, got there about 4:30pm waited in line 10 minutes and was told they were no longer taking applications, called and spoke with office Manager Nikki who said they leave at 5:30pm and didn't have time, they decide when the last appointment will be totally subjective, what happened to We the People, we work as well, don't bother with Midwest City Tag Agency, I will never go ... read more
Gavin was such a helpful and knowledgeable young man. He answered all of my questions, and he made getting my plate for my car so easy. He is doing a great job!!
Very helpful and friendly staff. They were very kind to my young granddaughter as we obtained her state ID.
The tag agencies hours say they’re open until 5 PM. At 4:30 PM they wouldn’t change the address on my drivers license, because it was too late. Their hours shouldn’t say they are open until 5 PM if they’re not doing services past 4:30 PM.
