The tag agencies hours say they’re open until 5 PM. At 4:30 PM they wouldn’t change the address on my drivers license, because it was too late. Their hours shouldn’t say they are open until 5 PM if they’re not doing services past 4:30 PM.

So quick and simple to get my vehicle registered. Was only there for an hour and a half. Just moved here from overseas and brought the paperwork that was needed for my car according to their website. I did need two extra documents not specified on the site but they were able to help me out to make it more simpler.

Waited in line to get my real id after being told they stopped at 5, got to the counter at 5:15 and was told no exceptions I'd have to come back another day after waiting in line for 45 minutes!!

Came here to apply for military tags and the lady says "we don't do that here", although the government website states this is a valid location for it. They say you have to mail it to someone else. Sooo what do you do here then? Not helpful in any way. They just want you to hand over money and move on. The air in this place is thick with religious judgement and misanthropy.
