I was helped by this very kind and professional employee named Gavin. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to help with something completely unrelated to his job if I could give 6 star I would.
First things first it is GORGEOUS when you walk in, they have so many decorations on every wall and the lady told me depending on the seasons they change it. Now i won't lie, the building is a little old and I didn't know there was a tag office there in the first place(For FIFTY FIVE YEARS!) Was welcomed when I walked in. The staff there was so friendly and welcoming, but especially Jasmine and Kenzie. They were happy to talk about anything, they were very engaging, the mood was light and hapy. Not gonna lie, the lady did get everything done quickly but she was honestly kinda rude. Definitely going to try to avoid coming here again.
