The entire experience was wonderful! The office is uniquely decorated & the staff is friendly & efficient! My son said the Dentist made sure he felt no pain with a root canal & crown!
I had a cleaning from Jessica. She is quiet and she listens. She is also very thorough. Then I got to meet Dr. Shak! He shook my hand and made me feel right at ease! Great staff at Dentistry by Design
Dental visits are something we don't look forward to, but this is one where the staff treats you like family. Their warm welcome puts you at ease from the minute you walk in the door & keeps you at ease until you leave. Thank you to all the staff for your caring natures, for your support & concern for what is going on in your patients lives & sharing your lives with me.

Saw the new hygienist Libby and she's fabulous! Great service and I highly recommend Dentistry By Design!
timely, professional and friendly as usual
I have a phobia of dentist.. due to past experiences, so I automatically am nervous about my teeth being touched. And I have to say libby, the hygienist that took care of my teeth. She made me feel relaxed, comfortable and for the first time ever I left without feeling like my mouth had a tornado go through it. Haha she did an excellent job and took her job seriously and with pride. Absolutely loved my experience and the whole staff at dentistry by design.
From the staff that greet you at the front desk to the knowledgeable hygienist you know you are in good hands. Dr. Edward Harroz,Jr. and Dr. Edward Harroz, III take a personal interest in each patient to determine what is the best care.
As usual, Joyce did a great job!
