If I could put 0 stars I would for the fact that whoever this chad is that called and claimed I can only go to his facility to get my sleep test done even thought my Dr sent my order closer to my home I live over an hour away then he said I'll send it back to ur dr non compliant
I had my sleep study completed at the Yorkville location last night, and it was the perfect experience. The facility itself is sparklingly clean and the vibe is just pure peace. The room I stayed in felt like a hotel room. The bed... oh my goodness the bed was AMAZING. So comfortable! The sleep technician was wonderful; she was professional, calming, and comforting. I had a sleep study at MCSD’s Yorkville location last night, and it was a very pleasant experience. Rose was very helpful and thorough getting the appointment scheduled. Laurie, in the financial department, was very helpful and pleasant while helping me get the payment for the procedure processed. Oscar was a very professional sleep technologist, who was very welcoming, and he did a wonderful job of intelligently answering all of my questions and informing me of the procedure.
