Staff was extremely unprofessional. I called ahead of time to let them know I was running a few minutes late. By the time I came in, they told me that my appointment was canceled and the doctor was already doing surgery on a patients. To me, it looks like they double booked and didn’t know what to say so they won’t look bad. Because who schedules an initial patient appointment and procedure within 10-20 mins of eachother. I explained the situation to the staff, they were extremely rude. Do not come here.
Dr. O'Malley was informative and had great bedside manner. She had a very friendly personality, and adjusted my visit with her to ensure my comfort and addressed my concerns fully. I would recommend Dr.O'Malley to anyone looking for a competent and knowledgeable OBGYN.
I am so happy with the care I receive from Dr. Graff. She is very easy to talk to, gentle, and carrying. She doesn’t just rush through appointments. Dr. Graff listens carefully and puts real effort into finding the best solution for your health.
