If you put in a request for an appointment online, be ready for it to force you to choose a provider even if you have no preference, then not get a call back to schedule for 2 months, and when you do be scheduling out 3 months more. A simple email reply or text after the attempt to schedule online giving next available appointment would have saved a whole lot of time.
I had a good experience with Dr. O’Malley, she took the time to listen to my concerns and suggested the treatment options. She wasn’t pushy for any treatments or certain medications. She made me feel comfortable.
Dr O'Malley could not have been more kind or compassionate. She was easy to talk to, did not rush through the appointment and explained everything in detail and in easy ways to understand. She is easily one of the best doctors I have ever had! I cannot say enough good things about her!
