I absolutely loved the doctor, but the practice itself was terrible When I was 16 weeks pregnant and extremely sick, urgent care told me to go to the ER because my symptoms didn’t seem like normal pregnancy issues. As I was leaving for the ER, the nurse from this OB office finally called me back. Instead of helping, she **shamed me for going to the ER**, saying there was an IV shortage (because of hurricanes) and that the ER wouldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. The staff is always friendly. Dr. Flynn is the absolute best. When I experienced my 1st miscarriage, she let me cry to her on the phone and never rushed me off. She always knows how to make you feel at ease and gives the best care. I have recommended Midwest Center for Woman's health to many of my friends and family and will continue to do so.
Update: I had a pleasant interaction with Dr. Korzen, my new OB. She explained the options and plans with me clearly. I am very much satisfied with the service and care that I received and receiving. The nurses were very kind to give me a call for some reminders and the MA and admin sec were very polite and cheerful as always. My privacy was respected which I greatly appreciate. We love Dr Jessica Flynn for our family and her bedside manner is polite. She is a great gynecologist. She listens to you and guides you through the process. This is my second pregnancy with her and her entire team is amazing from nurses to the rest of the staff. And her team members Dr Korzen and Dr Graff is amazing as well.
