Thoughtful, took her time explaining, didn’t feel rushed
I love Dr. Graff and the doctors I'd seen before her! I don't love the hoops I have to jump through to see her. Reception staff have been unprofessional for years. They are indifferent to your needs. Except they're really great at kicking the can down the road in effort to get you to schedule later, rather than helping you find an solution. I call in August, they tell me I can't get in until November. They tell me to call back in October for an appointment in December! Not sure how that's helpful.
