I haven’t even made it to them in person. I had such a terrible experience with the person that called me back today, a man - (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) that I will never be coming back to this clinic. I was told in no uncertain terms that because I missed my appointment to pick up a home test, I will be charged $50. I was told that I only got one text message when I initially scheduled the appointment, 3 weeks ago, and they do not send any reminders. To me this seems like scheme to collect money.
