Dr Patil is an excellent doctor. Unfortunately the office staff is not. They don’t answer the phone and when you leave a message it will take days to get a call back….if you even do get a call back. I think it’s time to find another doctor with a competent office staff.
Dr.Rakhi Patel is very professional.she is the best.
Dr. Patil is fine, but the staff is not helpful. I had to reschedule a NOV appt and the earliest available is FEB. I get that the dr. is busy, but the staff refuses to keep a waitlist for openings caused by cancellations. Seems like basic customer service.
