Very warm and inviting environment and friendly staff. Less clinical feeling than other counseling clinics I've been at. Have switched to virtual (video) meetings which are working well.

I am very grateful our pediatrician recommended MidWest Center for my boys. We love our therapist! My boys have been with her for a year and a half now. We followed her from the Burnsville location to Lake Elmo! They have a nice text message reminder system that helps me a lot! Getting appointments in a timely fashion is never an issue. Highly recommend!
Not customer friendly. Difficult to get appointment, no reminders, no calendar invitations, then if you miss an appointment they cancel you.
