Received a text requesting I call Alexis regarding test results. I called back 3 times and was told to leave a voice mail. My last call was to someone who advised me that the office has "over a thousand patients" and they are"very busy". I was then told to go to the portal if I have any questions / concerns. The person then hung up on me. I have been going to this office (Dr Stewart) for almost 20 years. I was taken back by the person's lack of empathy and lack of concern for my situation.
