I had cataract surgery on July 8th with Dr Khaja Ahmed who is a brilliant surgeon that has done amazing work on my eyes. I was greeted by Nikki at the reception desk who was friendly and helpful. My saving grace was Jessica the main nurse who prepped me in the OR for the short surgical procedure. Jessica turned out to be a musky fisherman which is my life's greatest pursuit. We did not receive bills. They went to collections and we were not notified. When we needed a routine procedure, we were treated disrespectfully by the reception and billing department. Check with Good Samaritan Hospital, they may be able to do the same procedures there for less.
