Trevor was very professional. Arrived on time and did an amazing job! With the great service and competitive rates, we will definitely be using Midwest Carpet again in the future!
So I had my carpets cleaned by Trevor very nice great customer service and he went above and beyond to clean my carpets!! I’ll definitely be using them again.
We just had Dad's apartment carpets cleaned, in the Toledo area. The apartment is a 4th floor unit, so finding a cleaner with a portable unit is difficult However, Midwest not only accommodated the upper apartment floor, they did a superb job! (they have a truck mounted process for regular cleaning). The office Staff and Cleaners were very responsive, professional and timely. We were given a typical 4 hour window for arrival, but I were able (and encouraged) to contact them prior to the window start time to pinpoint a more e... read more
