Matt and Joe came out today to clean my carpet. They did a very thorough cleaning which I appreciate Thank You Matt and Joe.
Technicians Matt and Austin did a great job today. They were on time (even called 20 minutes before to check in), explained what they could and couldn’t do, and did a thorough job. They power stretched and cleaned my carpets. I was looking for some improvement and they certainly delivered. I’m grateful and hopeful I can get another few years out of my carpet.
My carpet was not clean properly and they had to come clean it again, the person they sent was rude and the carpet was still a mess. Terrible experience, would not recommend.
The first person who came out did not do a good job, I called and they sent out two new people who redid the living room but not my bedroom which looks terrible but at least the front looks great, the second team could see he didn’t do the bedroom, but oh well 🫤
