Omg! It's soo bad that the office manager came to take pictures!! They actually messed my carpet up with dark spots and stains that wasn't there! They did a terrible job on my carpet yesterday. It's dirtier than it was before they did it! It looks as if the machine had dirty water and on top of that they didn't do the 14 steps! I have spots that I didn't even have! My fiance was sooo mad! I’ve had some water extractions from 2 bedrooms with this company and let me just say Mike has been the absolute best. He’s friendly, kind, and quick. He always follows up and you can tell he goes the extra mile for his customers. Hopefully I don’t need more water extractions, but if I do I know who to call!
Matt and Joe came out today to clean my carpet. They did a very thorough cleaning which I appreciate Thank You Matt and Joe.
Technicians Matt and Austin did a great job today. They were on time (even called 20 minutes before to check in), explained what they could and couldn’t do, and did a thorough job. They power stretched and cleaned my carpets. I was looking for some improvement and they certainly delivered. I’m grateful and hopeful I can get another few years out of my carpet.
My carpet was not clean properly and they had to come clean it again, the person they sent was rude and the carpet was still a mess. Terrible experience, would not recommend.
