Drove down after talking all week about a Buick it didn't start guy was saying something about it needed gas...well you knew I was coming why wasn't that taken care of? Tim was very responsive, nice cars, but who wants their time wasted,not I. Maybe a great dealer but this incident they were average.
Buyer beware!! Buying process was painless. People were nice however the car was misrepresented. It was understood that the cars sold here are sold "as is" but when I first contacted the dealership I asked if the a/c worked. They responded yes. I went in and saw the car. The vehicles diagnostic screen said a/c was low. He said he would make sure it was charged and make sure there was no leaks. I asked him to verify the a/c was operational and not leaking 2 more times. He reassured me he tested it and held pressure. I bought ... read more
