$175 pool cover with 10yr warranty gone bad under 3yrs and we have to pay $110 to replace it under warranty. That's after we ship them a piece of material. Then it's 6-8 weeks for shipping. We can buy a 16mil highly rated same size one from Amazon for $130 and I'm sure it will last as long or longer. This business model is old school and needs improvement.

Purchased a 10 year warranted solar cover in Jan 2022. It lasted 2 years and 10 months and is disintegrating. The warranty department told me that seam separation and delamination are the only warranted conditions. We only used the cover during the fall and winter in Florida. Buyers beware!!
The staff here are friendly and easy to work with, but the location is one of the most challenging in Chicago for loading. It’s on W Lake St, and the railroad poles are positioned poorly — even in a daycab, it’s a tight squeeze. Loading times can also take 3–4 hours, so plan accordingly. I had to reverse down W Lake St to reach my dock since it was located on Kilpatrick St, across from the check-in area. My assigned dock was a blind side (dock #2), but there’s a fair amount of space to maneuver.
