This year my winter pool failed, which was later determined to be a manufacturing defect. I called the customer service dept. and followed their instructions to send samples of the cover and the receipt. Within a few weeks, they sent me a new cover at no cost. They do stand behind their product warranty. Excellent service.

Please don’t go there. Because of the space
I worked here for four years as a maintenance manager and production consultant directly under the owner. This is a very chaotic company. With not to many people in charge that know anything about the products that they make. That is why the products are shipped out to suppliers in such bad shape and do not match their companies product specifications at least 85 percent of product shipped.
