Same experience as many others. After 2 years we have many blue discs floating in our pool and it tears just picking it up. Very poor product and the company knows it otherwise they would stand behind it with their warranty.
This year my winter pool failed, which was later determined to be a manufacturing defect. I called the customer service dept. and followed their instructions to send samples of the cover and the receipt. Within a few weeks, they sent me a new cover at no cost. They do stand behind their product warranty. Excellent service.
