Wouldn't recommend anyone ever order anything from his company. Absolutely a terrible experience they do nothing to help resolve an issue. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN EVEN IF ITS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH TO PURCHASE BOOTS FROM!!!!
Terrible experience have bought several pairs of boots from this company. Accidentally ordered the wrong size boots. Oops. Sent then immediately back didnt even try them on because...I know it's not the right size. Send them back per their exchange policy, get confirmation that they got them and that they are sending a package back my way in a few days. Great. DO NOT buy from this company. The product I received had some minor signs of wear. Definitely not new. I sent them back because the website advertised “free returns”. When I received my refund they deducted 75 dollars with no explanation. Having to return shipping is understandable but this is a scam.
Junk. Two months wear. 315 dollars out of pocket. I'm gonna super glue them and see how long that lasts, but don't buy this crap.
dont buy ANY boots from this company, theyll sell you improperly made boots that have holes in them and are not in anyway shape or form waterproof like they state and then when you try to get a replacement they wont do it because apparently its your fault as the customer that they cannot make boots properly or have decent customer service. wasted $600 on this company and i will never have anything but bad things to say about this company.
