Outright lied to me, when asked where my order was stated the received them from manufacture and would ship them out. When that didn’t happen contacted them again and said unavailable from manufacture, discontinued! When I purchased this item, it was listed as a discontinued item with a no return policy; below is the email stating that it was in stock. My experience... I just got another update tracking my package and it looks like it's going to only take two weeks to get here!
Well this is my second time purchasing a pair of boots fom here. Both pairs have been defective and their customer service is horrible. Avoid this place at all costs. It's obvious now that they knowingly buy lots of defective boots and try to pass them onto the consumer
Bought some beautiful boots. After a few days at work they where killing me! I tried to exchange for something else in the same size and they are refusing! Stuck with 300 dollar boots i can't wear! They are rude and I would rather see you go to Amazon than here! Sad but true!
On first wear a frickin twig from the yard broke through the rubber. A twig! They refuse to do anything about it. Are these fake thorogood boots??? 👎👎👎
