Booked a same-day 90 minute appointment through massage book. Pre-paid $150 including a $25 tip. Arrived at the therapist's location 10 minutes early, waited until 15 minutes after the appointment. Therapist never showed up. I texted and left two voice mails. Now, three hours after the appointment time, I have heard nothing and I am out $150. Horrible service (no service) and horrible communication (no communication).
