caring ,helpful and friendly - they got us in quickly treated us with care and compassion- informed us of all our options and answered our concerns.
I regret coming here! Came in with my bird with a broken leg, they check it, charge me over $600, to come back and say he needs to be euthanized due to the lack of quality of life he would live. I asked questions and they just kept saying “I don’t know.”
I went a couple weeks ago and the clinic gave the best care to my pet and unfortunately had to euthanize. But Dr.Nicole was very helpful and kind towards everything. The young receptionist with the green colored hair was very nice as well. She went over everything towards the euthanasia paperwork and made everything quick so I could be with my pet. I will recommend this clinic to anyone.
The best experience. Front desk & Dr are super kind n sweet. I being going for years. And will keep going.
Awesome vet staff for my beardie. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t appreciate the front desk staff talking about dates, personal issues, and drinking Jameson while I was in the waiting room. However the vet who saw my pet was super nice and reassuring.
