Jesse from Midwest Best did a FANTASTIC job with our attic room, stretching the carpet, eliminating the wrinkles and bunches that had formed in several places. He then carefully cleaned them and it looks great!!! He was very careful with his equipment and respectful of our 100 year old home. Highly recommend Midwest Best for any services!
Service professionalism was great and a good price. The upholstery cleaning really helped our couch. Unfortunately our carpets don't look any different. They were successfully in removing one bad stain, but about every food\drink stains left by children remained behind with a few lightning up. To be fair the carpet is about 8 years old and is probably wearing down. We called at the last minute to schedule after closing on a home and prior to moving in. Jim squeezed us in within 24 hours. He did a fantastic job removing stains from the carpet. Smells great, looks good.
Midwest Best was outstanding. A kid's bedroom had some bad stains on a lighter carpet and they took care of it without a problem. We wanted our wool rug to be cleaned, but we were advised of some potential concerns about wet cleaning this from the tech, so we decided to not move forward with this. I appreciated the honesty and integrity of this company. We will use you again!
