I am extremely disappointed in the quality of carpet cleaning from this company. Check out the photos!This is the first time I've used them and they did a terrible job. The first time they clean the carpets, I took a white Rag and rubbed the surface of the dirty carpet and showed him that the dirt was still there on the surface. I could clearly see it. So they volunteered to come back the following week and we clean the carpets. Now the carpets are this means, that they pulled the dirt to the surface but then didn't suck it ... read more
Good communication before the visit with expectations of what to do prior to the visit. The service tech was on time and professional , did a great job. Did four rooms and was done in hour and a half.
They arrived on-time, worked quickly, and left us with some clean carpet. Thanks!
