Not very honest to charge an elderly couple $400+ to repair a 10 year old washer. The right thing to have done would be to advise them that the cost is too high to repair and that they should just get a new one. They have to buy a new one now after the so-called repair because it is worse than ever. Shame on you!!

Apparently he picks and chooses who's appliances he works on. Must have to many customers to return calls or answer the phone. Would not recommend!!

Great owner. Gave good advice rather than trying to sell parts that wasn't the best option. Definately recommend!!!

First time caller. Joe called me right back after I left a message. Very knowledgeable and friendly! He had the part in stock and even helped me diagnose my dryer further. Problem solved!

Called them to see about getting a handle and new screws for my oven door, the guy insisted on coming to my house to see for himself(without telling us we would be charged for this) even though he had the model number. Now I'm being charged $120 so that this guy could come to my house to tell me that I'm right. Then found the parts I needed online for less than 1/4 the price he quoted me.
