Scheduled an appointment for telehealth services on Monday, 10/18, and finish filling out all paperwork and get it submitted by 6 pm. Appointment is for Wednesday, 10/20, for a severe mental health issue. Got a call at 8:27 am, Tuesday 10/19, say that I couldn't be reached so my appointment would need to be cancelled. This was the first contact I had. Tried returning the call, but the system says the office is closed and I should try back during normal business hours of 8 am to 4:30 pm. I was trying to call at 8:41.
We missed an appointment and even offered to bring our child in late. They refused saying they couldn't. Turn around and say we owe them 350 for that appointment because the therapist lost 4 hours of billing time. Curious as to if that was the case and you lost 4 hours of billing time why did you refuse to see my child late. Immediately canceled all services.
