This was my first time at Midwest Barbery and Whitney made it such an amazing experience! She was super friendly the entire time I was getting my hair cut and she really took the time to ensure I was getting the look I asked for. She's super easy to talk to and overall made the space very inviting. I will definitely be back!
Ana C is fantastic. I have been seeing her for years and followed her here when she moved shops. Ana is professional, friendly, and does a great job. She even trimmed me up the week of my wedding.
I went to see Ana Cascone today, she was rude, barely talked to me, didn’t care to ask how I was. Bad customer service. Didn’t introduce herself. Unprofessional. There was no sense in urgency. I just wanna cry because I’m so upset about how I was treated. I was super uncomfortable. It was probably the worst hair appointment I ever had.
Went and saw Ana today and it was a fantastic overall experience. She gave me a clean fade and cleaned my eyebrows up. She was fun, attentive and kind like she always is. I recommend her to everyone!
