I opened a checking and savings account at Midwest bank. I could not believe how they treated me , They treated me like I was the most important customer they have. And when I even need some cash I go inside instead of the ATM , because everyone at this Branch is the best. If I could I would give each employee at this Branch 5 Stars each .
I believe it is absolutely terrible to pull a hard check credit report pull on somebody who is only Opening a Health savings account through their work at your bank. I had no choice on which bank it was going through and with this in mind, I would not have chose your bank! Found out today, they are relooking at their policy….wow! What a company! I am nothing short of impressed! The current policy could really affect people and not sure the reason for it in this situation. What if I would have had a questionable report….would... read more
A great community bank who knows their customers are there in the time of need with a real person vs an 800 number. They care about their customers and have lots of services and capabilities. It is truly banking the way you remembered it especially if you grew up in a small town. Only difference is this bank also has major resources. It seems like they know their customers personally when you walk in. People have smiles and will take whatever time you want to resolve problems or create opportunities .
