Friend of mine took their car here and had it diagnosed. The shop didn't have the part needed for the repair and so had ordered it. They said the part would arrive a couple days after the original diagnostic and so my friend scheduled an appointment to come back and have it fixed a few days after the part would have arrived. So, the morning of the appointment my friend made the 45 minute commute only to learn the part wasn't there yet.
