Clearly they do not like to answer their phone. I have tried MULTIPLE times today 1/2/2026 to contact them by phone before closing, but no answer on any of the three options for assistance. The message states you can leave a message and they will get back to you, but they do not list the TIMELINESS of getting back to the customer. This is crucial if you live out of town and someone is traveling to Gering, to see if they potentially have a needed part. Big ZERO for willingness to help customers. I went there for a part and I was a couple dollars short. They said "don't worry about it." They gave me a discount so I could leave with what I needed. They saved me about $230.00. Thanks fellas.
