I been there with my uncle.. they seemed nice enough. So I told my brother about it and he took his up to get looked at.. they couldn't fix what was wrong but when we went to have it towed back to the house the tow called and said that there was damage.. or was hit by another car. So I called and they was very rude and lied about it getting hit. We had proof it was backed into and they didn't want to give us the money to get fixed. They aren't as truthful as they seemed. I did an alignment here, and the steering wheel is still tilted even though the car drives straight. I went back, and the guy said it’s normal — even though it’s obviously not. Then he told me I’d have to pay $20 just to check it again on the alignment machine. That’s ridiculous. If you mess it up, you should fix it, not charge more. Honestly, the person who did the alignment needs to be trained properly. Very bad experience.
