I did an alignment here, and the steering wheel is still tilted even though the car drives straight. I went back, and the guy said it’s normal — even though it’s obviously not. Then he told me I’d have to pay $20 just to check it again on the alignment machine. That’s ridiculous. If you mess it up, you should fix it, not charge more. Honestly, the person who did the alignment needs to be trained properly. Very bad experience.

This place is really good for a discriminating against black customers. I sit in my boyfriend’s car and watch them show up to this location to get a wheel alignment while they had one person on the lift. I went inside. Talk to someone told him I need an alignment.
