I’m disabled and on a limited income. I told the guy at this business that. I simply said that I found a place that can do diagnostics for less. He said we don’t play that and hung up on me. He didn’t give me a chance to explain or to try to help me. I understand that he has to make a living and runs a business. I talked to another shop and at least they will work with me. He doesn’t need to try to bleed a disabled person dry.
Highly recommend these guys! Was able to get my own parts and have them do the install. Was cheaper than anywhere in Sioux City. Robby was great about communicating and had my car done quicker than expected.
Wonderful experience! We had a flat tire and got there only 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close. The car technician was super helpful and got the tire patched up, even though it made him stay 15 minutes late. We appreciated that so much! We were driving from Omaha to Brookings, SD, so this was such a blessing. Thank you!!
