BEWARE!!!! Don't do business with this place or the owner Oscar. They installed a battery in my car in July of 2023 that just went bad. Now Oscar is nowhere to be found and won't answer my calls or texts. This is a small repair in comparison but read some of the reviews below. This place is sketch.
I got my SUV done and it looks brand New!! I’m 100% satisfied!! I highly recommend this place Oscar will take good care of your vehicle. Outstanding work ! Great people to work with!! 10/10 ⭐️
I normally don’t do this however I brought my business here instead of going through my insurance to help a smaller business. I also brought my vehicle here because a family member who tows cars recommended his “buddy” it turns out this shop is a total scam! Especially if you have great insurance. UPDATE: GOT MY POLICE REPORT! and they're still working on cars out of the garage on the side while marking the business as permanently closed to detour litigation. Dropped off my explorer with Oscar in April. It only needed a new headlight and bumper and I was told 5 days. 5 months later I picked up my truck with no repairs done, a dead battery, flat tires, and a Chicago parking ticket. The worst EVER. Do not even think of working with these crooks. This company should be investigated for insurance fraud. Our car has been at the shop since June 20th and they were paid by insurance company and car has not been touched, now they moved and ghosting us, seriously
