This place literally hooked my car up while I was inside of it and my family as well. So currently? I’m working with my lawyer to sue these people for Breach Of Peace. My mother has had leg surgery and they forced her out the car while it was hooked up. Highly unacceptable and Modern Services will be counter sued for allowing this nonsense while on the phone.
Helping my niece shop for a car we met a man here who was very helpful we came back several times and finally settled on a car we're very happy it was a good choice and we got a good deal
Midwest Auto Auction is a complete disaster. The staff is not only rude but also completely unorganized. Getting a car out of their lot is a nightmare—I was stuck waiting for over two hours with zero help or communication. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers at all. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!
Midwest Auto Auction is an absolute nightmare to deal with. The staff is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. They don’t just act unhinged—they look the part too! I had to wait over two hours just to get the car out of their lot, and the entire experience was beyond frustrating. If you value your time and sanity, stay far away from this place!
