If I could give no stars I would. On March 26 I spoke with Rob. He had called to tell me that HE wanted to make ARRANGEMENTS to get my car I was surrendering. He said he knew I had requested that I needed my car for one more day as I had an important doctor's appointment that day. I had asked that he pick up my car tomorrow March 27. He said no problem. They didn't have very many cars that were $2,500 and the ones they had didn't sound very good
