Dr. Winter was incredible! My dog has an overbite that was causing him discomfort, and he needed a special procedure to fix it. Dr winter, could tell I was very nervous, and he was so patient and reassured me and answered the many questions I asked. He took the time to explain, in detail, all my options for treatment. He even had an iPad and provided pictures that he was circling to show me exactly what he would need to do. Dr. Winter was excellent from start to finish. He explained everything very clearly and you could tell he cares about his dog patients and their humans. I'm very appreciate of the staff as they were kind and friendly. The facility is very nice.
