They refused to transport my dad to hospice house. We repaired the four wooden steps onto our deck but our walk is brick and bumpy so they refuse for safety reasons. My dad only weighs 150 lbs and is bedridden. Their refusal might have something to do with the fact that they need to reimburse me for paying for the tow truck when their ambulance got stuck...twice.
