This office is one of the most disorganized medical practices I have ever encountered. From the front desk to the clinical staff, the entire experience felt chaotic and unprofessional. This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office. The physician arrived more than 20 minutes late to our appointment without so much as an apology or acknowledgment of the delay. I brought my 6-year-old son in seeking help for his allergies, expecting compassion, professionalism, and quality care. Instead, we were met with rudeness, impatience, and a complete lack of empathy. The allergist is nice, but the office staff seems to be unorganized. This office still hasn't called me back to let me know they received my referral from my PCP. My PCP said they sent the referral in January. This location is stating they haven't received anything when I first had my appointment. I called and asked again, they said they would call me back to let me know and I never received a call back.
