The allergist is nice, but the office staff seems to be unorganized. This office still hasn't called me back to let me know they received my referral from my PCP. My PCP said they sent the referral in January. This location is stating they haven't received anything when I first had my appointment. I called and asked again, they said they would call me back to let me know and I never received a call back. Dr. Qayyum and the medical assistants are kind, gentle, and informative. I'd been suffering from allergies for years and now I know exactly what I'm allergic to. The injections are quick and painless, walk-in basis. I can finally breathe again and no more fatigue! I'm grateful this office is so close to my home.
Big yikes. I called to make an appointment for a new patient during posted business hours (1:45p on a Monday). After about 10 rings, the person who answered sounded like I just woke her from a nap, and slurred her words so much I had a hard time understanding if I reached a professional's office. She asked me for my name "and all that stuff" then told me to hold on while I was in the middle of giving my name. Went with my gut and hung up.
