My son felt safe and comfortable with all who worked there. They were kind and patient with him along with making a not so fun experience fun for him.
Another 5 stars for Dr. Shakir. If every doctor was like him, no one would feel jaded by the medical system. He's fantastic.
All three of the lovely ladies who helped me were wonderful. Each was kind, knowledgeable in her job, and a good listener. I was tested for over 40 different allergens and found to be allergic to none. The test was quick and not at all scary or painful. The main reason I wanted to be test was to find an answer as to why the eustacian tube to my left ear isn’t draining properly. My doctor drew me a picture and gave a clear and understandable reason for my condition. This is more information than my ENT doctor has given me!
