Friendly service that goes the extra mile. I've been working with TED Systems off and on for 5 years. I've always found their staff to be responsive, curious, and eager to please.
They SUCK! First they said that they would charge me for 4 hours to upgrade my systems. They came out to do the work and where here for 2 hours. They got the job half done and then left for lunch. They did not come back after lunch and then refused to return my calls. When they finely decided to talk to me they said I would have to pay for 6 more hours.
