No knowledge about their own product! I asked for someone to talk to about HEPA Filter options. I told them I needed a filter 24” by 48” by 6” with a 99.99% @ 0.3 Micron efficiency and a 0.79-1.0 wg pressure drop, with a particle board frame. The person I was talking to had no clue what I was talking about just kept asking if I had an item number or more information. If I already new the item number I wouldn’t be calling to see what options you had! Would not recommend this company.
Terrible customer service from the lady at the front desk. Also the employees smelled of marjuana and acted very rude and classless. I would NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE. WHAT A JOKE! Look at the response YOU WAS NOT ???UNEDUCATED AS WELL
