I mistakenly ordered the incorrect shocks for my truck. I ordered RS5000 and wanted RS9000. I contacted Conner at Midwest Aftermarket advising him of the error I made in my order. He quickly provided me return labels and an invoice for the difference. I dropped off the incorrect shocks at UPS the next day and that same day, Conner had my replacement shocks shipped.
