I would have given them 5 stars because for the first 9 months of probation went great. I was in and out. Now I have a new probation officer who is really slow. And if there is someone behind, violation in question the conversation goes on and on; while people like myself all requirements done, all paid up have to wait. Kendra literally spent 20 mins chit chatting about the superbowl game while 4 people waited on her. Ronni didnt step into help as I have seen her done in the past. I talked to Jim and Kim about enrolling in satop, they were super helpful, they were booked out a month so they connected me with another company I could attend via zoom and worked great with my schedule.

Who likes being on Probation 🤣it beats sitting in a cell the staff is friendly I do recommend this place be wheel chair accessible I hate walking those steps in the back it takes time out my day 😭
