Did the CIP program here. I went into the program dreading having to spend my evenings doing 4 hour classes but Linda Williams was beyond fantastic as a counselor. Our group sessions became something I looked forward to. I cannot say enough good things about Linda and the way she ran the group.

Every other month I get a new person to report to. I had a traffic ticket that I reported to one of them. Then upon receiving a new worker I went over updates with her. As I always do making sure we’re all on the same page. She told me that she didn’t see that I reported the ticket and had to report me to the judge. I then went to court and was treated like a new case. All this time as time consuming, annoying and uncalled for. Especially when it’s not my fault I got a different new worker every other month

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. This place is HORRIBLE and the office manager Mel, is a joke and COMPLETELY unprofessional. My husband was trying to sign up for a SATOP class. I sent in a request on their website, no response or call. I called in, and paid the $200 for the next class. No call or email for confirmation. Had husband call today to confirm he was set for the class this weekend, and they never enrolled him. I’ve been waiting for my OEP papers in the mail for a month and I’ve called multiple times to ask if they have sent out letter and all I get is “well I assume they did” instead of someone checking or being the slightest bit of helpful I honestly don’t know why these people pick this job if it is that inconvenient to them. Please go somewhere else.
