This place just wants your money and they do not care about rehabilitation. My ex has been drinking, smoking and Violating nearly every condition they gave him, but as long as he keeps giving them money, they don’t care. It’s a shame that they r supposed to be helping people with their addiction and all they’re doing is lining their pockets
Horrible experience first going up there, it’s like you have to figure everything out yourself and they aren’t helpful don’t even know why there are workers. They don’t answer the phone, you leave messages and they never return them… if you want anything don you have to do it in person FYI. Jade was rude , don’t know why she even works a front desk, you tell them they don’t answer the phone or return messages and they get beside themselves. They need someone new at the front desk, jade or jay is horrible . Never answer the phone
They don’t ever answer the phone, first person who answered is rude and should not be at the front desk. Wouldn’t recommend a dog to come here. At least put people like this in the back … tried calling over three months and can’t ever answer the phone. Not sure if they need more people/ more help? I bet a fly could be more pleasing over the phone than jade
