Horrible experience first going up there, it’s like you have to figure everything out yourself and they aren’t helpful don’t even know why there are workers. They don’t answer the phone, you leave messages and they never return them… if you want anything don you have to do it in person FYI. Jade was rude , don’t know why she even works a front desk, you tell them they don’t answer the phone or return messages and they get beside themselves. They don’t ever answer the phone, first person who answered is rude and should not be at the front desk. Wouldn’t recommend a dog to come here. At least put people like this in the back … tried calling over three months and can’t ever answer the phone. Not sure if they need more people/ more help? I bet a fly could be more pleasing over the phone than jade

Helped my uncle call to get information on the community service process. A woman answered and she was so kind- even more patient while I was translating. She took the time to ensure we had as much information about the next steps! Truly seemed like someone who is looking out for others rather than someone who is waiting to end the call!
